You will have an educator who will prepare sensory play materials for the little ones to play and explore, and to have time to talk about this early childhood stage, offering support and well-being.

BOOK YOUR SPOT

On Tuesday afternoons, we open a weaning support group.

Alicia, a nurse and sleep and breastfeeding specialist, offers 3 sessions to learn how to approach weaning and to answer your questions, so that the process is successful.

The price includes 3 sessions over 3 afternoons: to understand what happens and when, learn and apply weaning techniques, and receive follow-up support.

Dates for the first group: Tuesday, February 3rd, 10th and 17th, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Book your place here for all 3 sessions.

WHANAU will also host more and different activities, such as a maternity group, where mothers receive advice from a professional lactation specialist. This group is open to any type of feeding, whether breastfeeding or formula feeding, offering formative, professional, and emotional support through the bonds established within the group by sharing experiences.

There is also a childbirth preparation group where a professional accompanies expectant parents in preparing for the baby’s arrival, offering tools and support throughout the pregnancy process. Quarterly group.

On certain occasions, we will also offer talks and workshops focused on different stages of childhood and parenting, addressing topics such as sleep, weaning, nutrition, boundaries, or emotional development, led by specialized professionals and recognized experts in these fields.
